Sturdy spoon, late delivery The product is a good one, a sturdy implement which should last through multiple cycles of use and cleaning. I especially like the extra length, making it easy to stir large pots of stew or chili. The company would have received 5 stars if the product was delivered on time instead of one week late.
Good wood, poor quality control. These are quite inexpensive, but in order to make them useable I had to reshape them with blades and sandpaper. They look like they were sawed out of a board using a pattern, then shaped using a tool that removed too much wood, too fast. Some actually went to zero thickness at some edges.
Wish it were a little bigger I havenât actually used it yet so I canât speak to durability or whether or not it stains easily. But for the price these spoons seem decent. I was hoping the spoon width would be a little bigger. With a flat edge spoon, wider is better in order to allow you to scrape more of the pot bottom at once. The old stained one Iâm trying to replace was wider. But these will work until I come across a different one.
