#1 customer service team! I’m a 6’6″ 200lbs guy and it is very difficult to find things that are comfortable. This hammock was too short and became uncomfortable however I set it up. If you are tall as I am this may not be the hammock you are looking for and that is sad for me because I really like the company. I emailed Bear Butt asking them to swap me out with a hammock that was a littler longer. Five Stars I bought this hammie back in september and take it everywhere with me! I’m an avid camper and festival goer so it gets some solid use! It’s so easy to set up and take down and is so durable. Easily fits 2 people to comfortably sleep overnight together.
