Benchmade or bust 4th piece from Benchmade. Their stuff is not cheap, but the quality is 2nd to none. once you buy a blade from Benchmade, you’ll probably stick with them. Especially if you ever work with their customer service folks. Had an OTF Infidel blade, it loosened up a bit from messing with it constantly (it was new, leave me alone.. haha) brought it back where I bought it and benchmade had it back to me in less than a week. their life sharp program is great too, although this D2 steel has held its edge…

Best fixed blade I’ve seen Benchmade hit another home run with this knife. The D2 steel they use is always top quality. (D2 is the steel they use to make other steel tools into tools). Not only is it tough and high quality material, it’s got a great design. The serrations on the spine are very deep and could be used as a saw if needed. The jimping on this knife is exceptional.
