The rubber seal in the cap keeps coming off and … The rubber seal in the cap keeps coming off and it doesn’t keep the food hot anymore. It is just 3 months since buying. is there anyway I can contact the seller or customer service ???
Capacity is the perfect amount. However Capacity is the perfect amount. However, I washed it today by hand. I was rinsing it and noticed a sloshing sound when I placed it on my drying rack. There is a hole at the bottom and water had gotten in. I tried to shake out all the water but some Still Remains. Not happy that I will have to wait for it to dry a little bit more before I can use it again without having my daughter’s lunch box all wet.
Not dishwasher safe!!! That’s honestly my big complaint. I hate washing dishes by hand, and we bought a low water consumption model so I could feel extra good about my dishwasher use. I wish this could go in as it would make life way easier! It isn’t the end of the world to wash it, but the nightly washes are a pain – so either plan on this, or order more than one. It keeps my daughter’s food warm, but not hot from morning until her lunch, 4 hours later. This is exactly what we want as we do not want her food hot -…
