Great stand! Can’t imagine it could be better. I first tried hanging my hammock between two large trees on my property but ran into a couple of frustrating problems and decided a good stand would be my best option to start enjoying the hammock. Friend and his GF were laying in it (combined weight 310), and the bar broke, smashing the guys head (broke where the bar curves up). Pictures of injury were recorded and I will upload hammock break images. Luckily hit him in the back of the head and not her in the face. Spend the money and buy something else.
Great stand for my hammock, very solidly built and easy to assemble! I wanted a stand for a hammock in my back yard. I had a 13 foot two person hammock and wanted to be able to hang the hammock since Iâm in a newer development and we donât have any mature trees. The stand was very easy to put together. The chains included gave me the ability to hang the hammock at a height I liked just by moving the link in the hooks. The stand is pretty heavy and so I donât have too much worry that it will move.
