Not recomended for serious hikers/campers. The sleeping bag is definitely soft, but isn’t nearly as fluffy or comfortable as the picture implies. Straight out of the box, stitching is loose and frayed in some areas. There is one full length zipper that constantly gets snagged, and seems extremely fragile. I live in Colorado and do a lot of camping/backpacking and i definitely would not trust this bag to be rated at 20°F. Also I ordered the “L” 5.3 lb bag, and was sent a 4.84 lb bag. Pretty dissapointed. Will give a follow up…

Strikes Best Balance for Warmth, Weight, Size I like the size of this bag. We ordered two. It didn’t take much effort to fit it in the carry bag either. Rolled up easily.I was a bit concerned that it wasn’t as thick as other bags I’ve used and would not be warm enough. Cozy bag for cold nights I bought this as I needed a sleeping bag to take on a camping trip to the top of Telescope Peak in Death Valley in November where the temps could get down into the 20’s, which they did. At night the winds were probably about 35-45mph and they whipped my tent into oblivion, had to return that. So, the tent collapsed and my saving grace was my cozy sleeping bag. That was a long night but made comfortable by the BigFoot sleeping bag. Can’t wait to get out in the wilderness with it.
