Control yellow jackets, wasps, fruit flies, and other flying insects with the BioCare Decorative Glass Insect Trap (Model 4003). This large trap provides an attractive and effective way to remove flying insects from your home or yard.

Simply add your own bait to the trap or use BioCare Yellow Jacket and Wasp Lure (Model S1533) or BioCare Fruit Fly Lure (Model S1530). When filling the trap, be sure to pour the bait so it runs down the inside of the trap. Add 2 drops of non-citrus dish soap to break the water surface tension and drown the insects. Insects will be attracted to the bait and fly in through the bottom of the trap where they will be concealed by the colorful glass.

Designed to be used again and again, the BioCare Decorative Glass Insect trap has a durable color finish that is baked on to prevent fading.

Amazing little trap This thing works awesome. The one I received was actually a nice fuscia color and instead of the rigid wire handle in the photo it was a thin several strand wire with beads. We put this up in our kitchen with the provided bait, where we were in the middle of a fruit flyapocalypse invasion. Within three days this thing caught what looked like hundreds of fruit flies. After a week we are down to the odd fly here and there, but basically have zero left. And this was all still using the…

Buh-Bye Fruit Flies So in a banana bread experiment gone awry my kitchen was plagued with fruit flies. I did the apple cider vinegar (with a few drops of dish soap) deal and it did catch a number of fruit flies but it didn’t clear them out. The Springstar Glass Fruit Fly trap cleared them out in two days! Seriously, I look at all the fruit flies floating in the liquid at the trap bottom and I’m wondering where they all came from…but soooo glad they’re gone.I don’t understand the people who have…

When it arrived I saw that you have to keep buying lure for the trap, and homey just doesn’t play that. I set it up, used their included lure and waited. Not long after, what seemed like hundreds of fruit flies were caught and (bonus) had died in the trap. After a certain amount of time, the trap got a smell to it (dead fruit flies) and I rinsed it out. I decided I could create a cheap lure that was…
