Received damaged just like several of the other reviews said theirs was also Received damaged just like several of the other reviews said theirs was also. Had no time to return it as it was a gift. After doing considerable metal work and going to two different hardware stores to purchase the missing hardware, I still a cooler with a smashed in front lower corner and a broken drain chain. Never again!
20 minutes to assemble, but it’s purty Husband is very well versed in any assembly, and was disappointed to find screws missing. (Luckily, he had extra screws on hand to finish the project.) We like the lower lipped shelf, which can hold cups, bottles, etc that (hopefully!) wont topple during transport. The seal could be improved around the hinged top – again, that might be something we can alter. Bottom line: kinda pricey, but we are using it for a party – not a 3 day camping trip – so it will suffice. *sigh*
no instructions for washer type I really like the product and it was very easy to assemble EXCEPT the instructions did not include information about which washers to use with which screws. There are two types of washers, a regular and a locking washer. I called the customer service line and they said they could help, put me on hold, then came back and said to match the washers with the screw size. I’m not that stupid that I didn’t already try that. Both types of washers fit both different screws. So no help from the…
