I also contacted the seller and they could not have been better to deal with I typically do not review, but feel obligated on this one. My first order arrived with a damaged cap which did not keep my beer from foaming over. Contacted Amazon for a refund/return and they could not have been more accommodating. Gave me free return shipping and paid to have a new one shipped the next day – however, the private shipping company took 3 days to get my new bottle to me – to no fault of the seller or Amazon. Disappointed Product arrived in time out was a fathers day gift. My husband went to have it filled at our local liquor store and the cap was missing a gasket so it does not form a proper seal and the foam leaks out. I just read now a few other reviews with similar cap issues. Wish i saw them before buying. The liquor store employees said any beer put in it would become flat quickly. Very disappointed. Returning for a refund.
Had some problems, but…. I was super excited that I finally found an affordable insulated growler with good reviews! As soon as it arrived, I was immediately impressed with the quality. Lightweight and a great grip to it! Although, it was an extreme let down when I went and got it filled only to find out that it leaked. The seal on the cap was not air-tight and the beer’s carbonation essentially caused it to explode.
