Confused about the lid So I like the pitcher that I received, however, I am very confused about the lid fitting. It doesn’t fit with the filter in (too big) or out (too loose) and I’m not sure how this thing is supposed to go. I would give a better rating if I had a lid that worked. It is a pain to have to make sure it stays on the pitcher while handling or pouring.

Wrong filter I bought the product because it stated it came with the blue filter (longer lasting one), however, when I received my Brita, it did not come with the blue filter. It came with the original while filter.

vague instructions, my first filtered pitcher not happy. 1. where is the fill line? the instructions do not show a fill line. i do not see one on the pitcher.2. where is the filter change indicator the instructions do not show a filter change indicator in relation to the product. is my order missing items? I see nothing that would do anything when i remove the lid.3. discard your first three pitchers or first dispenser of filtered water .. what? what’s the difference between a pitcher and a dispenser? your instructions do not…
