Nice pitcher Makes my strong tap water drinkable. I’m very picky about water taste. It fills the first 3rd fairly quickly, and the rest of the way after a few minutes. I wish there were a guide to tell me how much to fill it for best results. If you try to pour before it finishes filtering water will spill out of the top. I also don’t think my filter light tracker is working but that’s not an important feature. I love that it comes in so many colors!
Filter Life Indicator Does Not Work At All; Parts Fit Together Loosely. Disappointing overall. This is the third Brita pitcher I have purchased; each one has lasted a few years. I live fairly close to a water treatment plant, and my tap water has a strong chlorine taste. I also use an under-the-sink system, which does more than the Brita to improve the water, but is more of a hassle to install and maintain. Each of the Brita pitchers I’ve used has been the same size (10 cup). The new pitcher has one major improvement over the previous one, and one major drawback. First the positive…
Favorite design so far Had 2 britta slim. Have a britta at work. After getting tired of filter’s not staying in half the time, and the one at work leaking when full… Rolled the dice on this one.Stories about the plastic pour thingy coming off and battery not being replaceable didn’t sway me. I don’t need an indicator, and I’ve been without a plastic pour cover…Water doesn’t hit the filter when pouring it, prolonging filter life? There’s an offset hole in the back that water won’t come…
