False Description Not the product in the picture. The pictured product is a genuine Brita part, but the item I was sent was a Chinese knockoff. I’m assuming they’d figure I’m too lazy to return these, but I’ll pass on any item from China for processing my drinking water.

I order this on sale, but I expect it … I order this on sale, but I expect it is a “Brita” product. but this is designed for Brita. Package is completely different from the posted pictures. no manufacturer, no brand, no contact address, no phone or any identification. Maybe it fits Brita, but who know if it is recycled or repackaged? Even if it is Brita’s OEM, you shold put right info on the package.

Fraud — Not Brita Brand Filters I ordered the five-pack and I received generic Made in China filters and not Brita brand filters. This is despite the product description calling them Brita filters and the pictures of the product having the Brita logo.
