Forget the straw (if you can even call it that) but the cup itself is excellent! Who knew you could love a mug? Only thing I wish was a little different is the lid sealing ‘flap’ thing is more if a concept than a reality (i.e. it doesn’t actually seal it) but that’s a minor pick. The only other thing is the straw is kind of a joke. It’s a floppy silicone tube, not a straw. It makes it almost impossible to use. It also makes the opening is a little larger than your typical cup so if like me you use the stay-in straws which have the lip/ridge to keep them inside the cup,…
Horrible customer service I purchased this cup and absolutely love it. As a nursing mother, the 32 oz size easily allows me to monitor my daily water intake. After a few months of use and washing on the top rack of the dish washer (as recommended by Bubba), the mug became deformed with the inside wall pulling away from the outside wall.I contacted Bubba directly and have received horrible customer service. Nice size, found better straws to use The 32 oz mug is great but doesn’t fit in the cup holder of my car. I have other stainless steel insulated bottles but they dent easily, make lots of rattling noises when you drink it filled with ice water, and are heavy! This mug is great because you can see how much is left, it’s lighter weight and easier to hold with the handle, and it keeps my cold drinks cold.I agree with several other reviewers that the silicone straw that comes with it is gross.
