Great Knife I bought this knife about a month ago. I bought the black wood handle-scale option. It is a pretty hefty knife, which I personally think is a good thing. It came sharp out of the box (which was also pretty nice), and there is absolutely no blade play at all. I love the cleaver style blade. The assisted opening works great, even with the heavy blade. My only complaint is that the thumb stud is in a kind of awkward spot to open the knife with.
Would be hard to best for the money… Can’t beat it for the price. Was shaving sharp as delivered and got even better after some time on the strop. It’s a heavy blade, but has very nice balance. Has held its edge well with use on packaging and other light use.Would highly recommend for a daily carry knife.
Quality Pretty impressed with this knife…..it looks great, and functions as advertised. Arrived razor sharp and after an initial use cutting carpet samples it he is it’s edge well. Did a quick sharpen using my old school wet stone and it did great.
