FINALLY A WELL MADE SHEAR!!!!!!!!! Where have you been? I have been looking for you for months! Exceptional stainless bladed tool. Nice thick full tang blade, definitely not like so many others made today with a thin metal, part metal and mostly plastic. Exceptional, strong hidden spring. Lovely wooden handles with full brass rivets. The only think I am concerned about is the clasp. It is questionable, a bit thin but none the less good. – Oh, almost forgot – excellent leather sheath with belt clip – I am in tool heaven.

This is a beautiful tool, and a great concept This is a beautiful tool, and a great concept. However, the wood handle broke upon first use. I had finished cutting two or three small blackberry vines (less than 1/4 inch thick). I put it in the holster, and then upon retrieving it moments later noticed that part of the wood handle had splintered off and disappeared. I hadn’t dropped it, bumped it against anything hard, or anything. It may have been a fluke, but even so, there is a problem with quality control if it breaks that easily. I am…
