Seems durable and good quality for the money Evaluated this at Costco for $99.99 and seems to be a well made product. They use YKK zippers and appear smooth and tight.
Great customer service I love this cooler, very rugged and durable and keeps things cold forever. Recently I lost my shoulder strap and I contacted customer service to see if I could buy a replacement. No questions asked no hassle the said send us your model number and address and we will replace it for free. This company knows how to treat customers.
