Best omelette pan ever! I have been using this pan for over a year, and it still looks brand new. I make omelettes quite often, and this pan is close to perfect for this — when I do the flip, the omelette never sticks. The best frying pan I have ever used.
A very nice small pan Very sturdy and easy to handle. Calphalon could have made the surface smoother, but the pan really has been non-stick for us so I can’t complain.I really like the shape. There are no abrupt corners for food to hide in. That makes both cooking and cleaning easier.I am a bit concerned that the glass lid will break, but on the other hand having a clear view of what’s cooking is very nice indeed.
Very Pleased With It Overall I’m pleased with it. It is lighter in weight than the cast-iron skillet it replaces, making it a whole lot easier to handle. I use it on an electric stove with a heat diffuser over the burner. The handle stays cool through all of my cooking.It’s very easy to clean, too. I use it with bamboo utensils to make absolutely sure the non-stick surface doesn’t get scratched.
