Smaller capacity than advertised Well made if you take care of your things. An inexpensive alternative to high-end backpacks. We sent this one back because it’s actual capacity is about 32L. Went with the bigger Camel 50L for our Boy Scout who needed it on a week-long trip. The 50L comes with a few extras, like sleeping bag straps and cinche-able side straps.
Strap material is terribly irritating to skin; otherwise an awesome pack!! Cool backpack with good compartments and features. Seems well made but the shoulder straps are made of remarkably uncomfortable material if it comes in contact with your skin. If wear this over a coat then disregard this as it doesnât apply to you. If youâre planning to use this during the summer then you may hate these straps as I do. They rub my neck (Iâm a big guy) and the material will irritate your skin very quickly. Iâve never encountered a material that could irritate my skin so easily…
Good bag, not super practical for a commuter or gym bag… This is a nice bag – seems study, very comfortable, but each pocket is so deep it’s not all together practical – there’s no smaller inside pockets or loops for things like pens or small tools – and I use this as a commuter bag which holds a change of clothes (I cycle), my lunch, a thermos, and bike pump, etc – and while I’ve found a pocket for everything, the design is a bit impracticable.UPDATE – I just spent almost 5 hours in the rain and my bag did a good job of keeping most…
