Sharp looks, great quality and function I just got this a week or 2 ago, and I love it! I have been using the Eddy ‘regular’ bottles for a while, and they work fine, but in the hot summer weather they sweat condensation and don’t keep your water cold very long. Collar junction has a gap that is difficult, or impossible, to clean making it a possible trap for mould/bacteria This is almost the perfect water bottle, but once again Camelbak has failed at producing a stainless steel bottle that is truly ‘sanitary’ and that can be properly cleaned.Where the stainless steel meets the plastic collar there is a gap large enough that you can feel it with your fingernail and can feel that it is far enough recessed and tight enough that it is not free draining or easy to clean.Look at my photo and you can see I can even insert a strip of plastic into…
Absolutely great product, sure to keep your drink cold. After returning other bottles, I ordered CamelBak as I had good experiences with other products they made. I got two models from CamelBak, the Eddy Vacuum Insulated Stainless Bottle and the Big Chill Water bottle. I tried the mouth pieces and like them both. The Eddy works with a straw going to the bottom of the bottle, has a flip top to close it and the typical bite valve to drink.
