Rotten warranty policy I have purchased several of these cold packs and while they work really well for awhile, two of them have simply split at the seams for no reason. I use them for back pain; they are laid flat in my freezer with nothing on top of them, and placed behind my back with a towel around them in a while I am sitting in a soft chair. The first one that split was over a year old, but this time it is under a year. The rerun policy stated that I only had a month for return or replacement. Bogus!!!!! I…
Proceed with caution The seam broke after about three weeks of use and squirted its contents all over my chair. I threw it away when I probably should’ve kept it and returned it, but it was such a sloppy mess, I ditched it. So now I have no ice pack and a ruined chair. Chattanooga is not standing by their “Recommended the most by Physical Therapists and Sports Trainers, every Chattanooga ColPac” This product works OK until small breaks occur in the blue vinyl resulting in a brown substance oozing out. I have no idea what causes these
