Pretty good for the neck Much shorter than what I was expecting and I am a 5’2 medium build gal – certainly could use another 2 inches on either side. Pretty good for the neck, but a pain in the butt to fold/wrap around your neck. There is no strap to close it, so my arms get sore from 20 minutes of holding it firmly against my neck. Someone mentioned holding it together with a chip clip but that did not come close to working for me. WHY IS THERE NO FABRIC COVER????? I would honestly buy a cover if they MADE a cover…
Conforms better than other shapes and packs I think the cervical shaped cold pack is severely underutilized as a cold pack. Purchased as my husband needed something to conform a bit better to his posterior ankle and foot following an achilles tendon repair. The regular square and rectangular ones poorly conformed to the area. The cervical pack is designed for posterior neck use but is ideal for neck, lateral shoulder over deltoid, ankle, etc. This is supposed to be the thick polyurethane version (compared to the thinner blue vinyl)…
Suits my needs perfectly, excellent quality! This oversized ColPac is perfect! The material and craftsmanship are of good quality. The coating seems durable and like it would not puncture, tear or break easily. The seams look to be well constructed also. This is almost the perfect size to cover my entire back. This is the same brand they use where I went for Physical Therapy. And there these get quite a work out so I figured for home use they would stand up pretty well.
