If only that handle were a bit bigger. Looking for an insulated mug to replace my old ceramic so it would hold the heat better. I ordered this mug and the Avito barrel shaped mugs from Amazon to compare. Both had good ratings. To my eye this mug looks better. It is shinier and I prefer the straight sides. I didn’t mind the “Chinook” logo on the side, because it was subtle. However the size of the handle is awkward for holding, not comfortable for me. I did a test on heat retention between the two. Very light, yet keeps things hot. Bought this as it was most similar I could find to what I already had 3 of, but needed a 4th, and couldn’t find my original brand. When it arrived, it felt light and thin and I thought I’d be disappointed. If you have six tabs open with stainless mugs, trying to figure out which one to get – it’s this one.I use it every morning for coffee, and also for camping.
