Great product for reducing inflammation and pain with ice. This product is great for both my shoulder and knee issues. Itâs the only ice pack that fits comfortably around my shoulder and is easy to wear around the house. It stays very chilled for a long time so Iâm able to use it for 20 minutes on onebody part and then switch to the other. I highly recommend the Cold and Hot therapy system. I have not yet used it for heat treatment but Iâm sure itâs just as good as when cold.
Perfect for my needs This is exactly what I needed. Stays in place and does a really good job of icing all over my shoulder. Also, I can walk around with it on and it doesn’t move. I don’t think that the ice packs are too thin – if they were thicker, it would be really bulky. Stays very cold for more than 20 min, which is the time I need it to be cold. Seems to be made of sturdy materials that won’t fall apart quickly.
Exactly what I needed This is exactly what I needed for my shoulder. I had a partial shoulder replacement and still need to heat my shoulder before and ice after each workout. This does both and it fits my shoulder perfectly!
