Great Cooler and Cooking Vessel for an Immersion Circulator. This is a really nice cooler. I like how shallow it is despite its footprint. I think the way these coolers stack on each other is a great idea. Some people have said that the lid is not well made, but I have not had any issues with quality. I also have not slammed it around.
SHE’S ALIVE!!!!!! I got this for my wifes 2nd sous vide vessel. I was not messing around this time. Hinges and marine plug for easy water removal. I should have used marine grade rivets however this came in 10 mins ago and I was excited and impatient.
This is great for a Sous vide cooker ( Anova ) I am another one that has to give this Cooler a 5 star review for using it with my Sous vide cooker. I have a Anova and this works perfect for that, this cooler is the perfect size and shape for this type of device and it helps keep the water temp more consistent than a pot or Polycarbonate container. I ended up cutting the lid in half with my band saw and then drilled the hole for the Anova so now I can open just one side and keep the Anova in place on one side in the middle for good water…
