NOT AN XTREME COOLERð¡ This is NOT an extreme cooler!!! I put two 5# bags of ice in it and the ice lasted 32 hours with the cooler sitting in my RV at 74 degrees Fahrenheit. This is falsely advertised by Amazon. I do not recommend.
Terrible Design, I should have paid more attention to the reviews Hinges are horrible and worst of all there is no latching mechanism whatsoever to keep the top on. How is this a MARINE cooler? Thought it would be like the big one I have, but it is a piece of junk, and too big to bother returning for $20. Going to buy an Engel now.
Terrible Cooler – not Xtreme 3 This is NOT an Xtreme 3 — please update the description —There is no latch to close the lid and it just barely closes, not a good seal. I used a bungie cord to hold it shut. Only keeps ice for about a day @ 75 degrees. Top is weak, cannot use as a seat for adult (kid maybe). Overall terrible cooler, I do not recommend.
