Missing important part Item arrived missing important part, the air pump. Apparently didn’t check over product very well when Refurbished, but Amazon made it right by offering to pay for a pump I wanted.
Just like a regular bed This was so easy to set up and you can adjust the firmness to your liking. It feels just like a regular bed.
Missing Items What a surprise to open the box and discover the Air Mattress, Pump, Side Tables were not in the box with the frame. We are VERY DISAPPOINTED since we were going to use this bed for guests coming next week. This has put us in a real bind. Not sure who screwed up, but it does not matter at this point.
