Ok but had an issue… I use alot of trekking poles for various hikes. When I received these, I thought they felt comfotable and the adjutments were easy to make. My major gripe has to do with quality. I dropped oe when I was loading it into the truck and the plastic at the top broke. I ended up using some gorilla tape to cover the jagged edges but that didnt work. Since they were not returnable, I discarded it.
Surprising quality. UPDATE after two years of heavy use.
Sturdy and lightweight, but a bit too long for my backpack I used this pole on a three week trip to Yellowstone, Grand Teton and Rocky Mountain National Parks. It came in very handy on uneven mountain trails! It was wonderfully light and easy to twist and extend, though you have to be careful when extending or it may come apart on you! It was easy to put back together, though, and you get used to being careful. I could feel the spring in the pole, especially going downhill, and thought it was a nice feature, but not a huge deal. My only complaint…
