Durable materials that withstand anything from casual days to rigorous activity and a fit that’s made for you—Columbia takes pride in providing just that and more for men’s apparel. The Royce Peak II Pant is a prime example of comfortable, durable materials that give you the protection you need when you need it. These pants are crafted of a combination of nylon and elastane that provide just the right stretch. Columbia’s Royce Peak II Pant was designed for the active man. The technologies featured in these pants provide ultimate protection. Our Omni-Shield™ advanced repellency and stain resistant exterior resists the absorption of liquids to keep muddy and rainy environments from dampening outdoor fun, while the built-in sun protection works hard to block UVA and UVB sun rays to help prevent sunburns and long-term sun damage; the combination of these two technologies ensures efficient and lasting protection from outdoor elements from the ground up. Columbia offers these regular fit pants in multiple staple colors, and a variety of sizes and inseams. To ensure the size you choose is just right, please refer to our sizing chart and abide by the following measurement instructions: To find your waist measurement, measure around your natural waistline. And for your inseam measurement, measure from the top of the interior leg to the bottom of the ankle. Imported. Made from 100% Polyester. Zippered closure. Machine Wash.

yep they screwed up a good pair of pants yep they changed the size. made them bigger so they fit like a diaper. yuck Royce’s one or nothing.
They will get saggy eventually if you work a lot like me a stretch a lot. These are thougher than the others, will last a lot more. The problem with Columbia pants is that the stitching lasts about one week. But they are gorgeous, comfortable like you cant imagine and Stylish.
Great pants! I love these pants. Just as comfortable and durable as some from Prana that cost twice as much. I love the stretch and mobility. I took several pair on a 10 day trip to Iceland and they performed well. Wind and rain resistant and dried quickly. Layered over long underwear comfortably.
