Great knife… Terrible sheath The knife is a solid 7 out of 10. The blade was reasonably sharp out of the box and was easy enough to get to a shaving edge. The handle is slim enough to make for a viable edc and has a lot more real estate than other options (Gerber Ghoststrike.)

Perfect for horizontal carry. … This is a sharp little knife right out of the box, I mean shaving hair without any sharpening. It is very solid and has a good feel. I have a KaBar BK11 that I horizontal carry at the front waistline while I’m at work. I wanted another small knife similar to it that I could carry while I’m at home and around the farm. Since I was getting another knife, and I like knives a lot, I decided to find a different brand. After researching for a few days this CRKT was the best knife in my price range…
