The M16-14SFG Big Dog G10 is our hefty utility version, with a 3.875″ (98 mm) dual grind Tanto blade and full-size handle with butt pommel. Blade, frame and hardware are non-reflective tactical black. The blade receives a black titanium nitride coating for maximum corrosion resistance. Kit’s trademark dual checkered thumb studs are standard. One-hand opening and closing is quick and smooth. It also features our exclusive patented (1) Auto LAWKS, the Lake and Walker Knife Safety innovation taken to the next level. Auto LAWKS automatically sets a pin between the locking liner and the frame. This pin acts as an additional layer of safety, so the locking liner is less likely to disengage during use. To close the knife, pull the Auto LAWKS red button lever back, slide the locking liner over, and fold the blade into the closed position.

CRKT I just wanted to address an issue regarding the authenticity of the CRKT M16 and M21 Special Forces knives with the G10 handles. I read some reviews that stated they were concerned that the knives they received were counterfeit. I also wandered if the ones that I had ordered were counterfeit. I have owned a CRKT M16-13 Special Forces with aluminum handles for about 5 years. When I purchased it I received 2 clips and extra screws inside the box.
