good tough fabric I’m a solid size 12 – these were too small in the seat/front (legs were fine). Maybe a size up would have helped in that measurement, but for me, they were too low cut (halfway between navel & pubic area). Well made, good tough fabric, nice color.
Great summer hiking/outdoor shorts These are great summer outdoor/hiking shorts. They are very breathable and lightweight, and offer sun protection. If they get wet, they dry very quickly. The zipper pocket is perfect for a credit card, lip balm, etc. These were perfect for my recent trip to AZ and the Grand Canyon. Like most Columbia pants, I find that these run quite small. The best shorts These are the best shorts I have purchased in a long time. I have several pairs of the Saturday Trail Knee Pants and I expected these shorts would fit just like those and they do. The fit is slim and tapered in the legs…finally a company figured out we don’t like flare leg shorts! Thanks to Columbia for getting it right.
