Great colour & fit Received this jacket and first impression is great – lovely colour and fit! It feels really warm (with a fleecey collar) although I haven’t had a chance to wear it in the cold weather yet. I was a little worried about sizing but Medium fit me perfectly, I am tall (5’10) and usually wear a UK 10/12 in jackets. I normally have trouble with the sleeves not being long enough but no such troubles with this jacket.
It’s a yes from me To my fellow Amazon shoppers; I live in Northern Idaho. Where I live there is a ton of wind. I have tried all kinds of winter jackets, wind breakers, and sweatshirts. I grew up wearing Columbia, so I knew that I would be okay with this coat! However, I had read some of the reviews from the past year and they were very mixed! Lightweight, Warm and Flattering I was looking for a down-type jacket that didn’t make me look like the Michelin man. This jacket is great – the quilted pattern is less puffy looking than the typical style and the waist tapers somewhat, making very flattering on. For reference, I’m 5’2″, 135 lbs. and busty – a medium fits perfectly with room for a few light layers underneath. The jacket is also super lightweight, but warm. Would definitely purchase again.
