It leaks due to the seals popping out repeatedly and twisting up I am so disappointed! I bought this to replace a previous contigo that was perfect for years! This relies on a small rubber seal inside the lid. Mine keeps popping out and twisting up resulting in repeated leak issues. I have never had this issue with Contigo before and i am very disappointed. I now have two beautiful worthless travel mugs. This will not help me for work and school. Off to research other options. ps- i have had these less than 2 weeks.
Great choice, will buy again. Love these cups. I researched extensively to find the right ones for me and these won.A few things:1. The grip with the patterned side is great. No extras needed for me.2. The snapseal is a bit hard to open but I’ve seemed to fiddle with it souch it’s loosened the mechanism a bit. A plus on my part.3. The lid is nice and tight. Almost perfect. I purchased these from Contigo because of the SnapSeal design. I didn’t want to push a button every time I drank (AutoSeal design), so the design of opening the valve and just drinking was very appealing.
