Impractical for ASUS ROG Zenith Extreme Motherboard Love the way it looks and performs very well but has to disassemble my Corsair Dominator RAM heat sinks on the 2 closes slots to the CPU because it would not fit. Lastly it completely covers the first PCI slot. Considering this was co-design by Cooler Master and AMD I expected a much better product. Colors look AMAZING but messing up my RAM and losing 1 PCI slot was not worth it. Returned it a bought a Fryzen cooler which is similar to this one but smaller and everything fits perfectly. A monster heatsink for a Monster CPU I bought this because it had 15% more maximum airflow and more than twice the surface area of my Noctua Heatsink.The noctua heatsink I was using had a surface area of 6000CM^2This heatsink has a surface area of 13,134CM^2 which is a huge improvement over the noctua.The CPU can be a little snug when going into the motherboard. if you have an MSI x399 pro carbon or meg you might find that the heatsink rubs up against the VRM heatsink.
