Good fabric and workmanship, snug but acceptable waist fit, but cargo pockets are too small. Sturdy pants, pretty much what I expected, except for the cargo pockets. There is an elastic waist, and the waist size seems to be measured with the elastic pretty much fully stretched, so they always feel a bit snug in the waist. Below the waist they flair out to a very comfortable fit in the hips and legs. They are pretty warm while riding a motorcycle in the Florida heat, about like a new pair of jeans. They are also a bit stiff. I have washed them several times in an attempt to relax…
Decent for the price, but not up to snuff for heavy use For the price, not bad, but definitely not quite on the same level as the more premium brands.I normally get 5.11 pants, started with being issued some pairs for work and I grew to really like them, and when you find them on sale theyâre a great value for their quality. But even on sale their cheapest pairs are still a bit more expensive than these CQR pants, and itâs not everyday Iâm at a disaster zone, so for day-to-day I figured Iâd give these a shot. I am impressed. Much better work pants than Dickies. *EDIT*I got another couple pairs and went a size up and length as well. They fit much better. I usually wear a 35/36×32 in everything (36 in these types of pants) but the 36 was already stretching the elastic on these pants and the length was way too short. Any time I bent over they would get snagged on my the top rear part of my boots then I looked like a wanna be paratrooper.The 34 length is perfect. So go a full size and length up from what you normally get.Surprisingly…
