Overall does feel cool and soft/medium support. This pillow arrived about a week ago and I let it air out for several days before using. There is still a slight smell, but not noticeable once pillow case is in. I noticed that is does feel cool as soon I laid my head down. I did not have any issues with heat after a while. It seemed to keep the coolness throughout the night. Iâd consider the support soft to medium. The directions do say odors should dissipate after a couple weeks max and itâs been about a week for me and itâs pretty much gone.
Worked for my husband. I got this pillow for my husband. We’ve been through several pillows and he always wakes up with neck pain and a bad headache in the morning. He usually cannot sleep on his side and is stuck on his back due to pillows not being supportive enough for his neck.
