The case is impossible to open and needs some work before you use it. Just opened the package so can’t comment on the tool, but the reviewers are right, you need a tool to open the case! I used a thin screwdriver to depress the lugs that hold the case closed. Otherwise you can’t open the case! It’s metal, so you can’t squeeze it to free up the lugs. I immediately reached for a set of files to file down the lugs enough so they still hold but are shortened enough to allow you to open the case. I pictured myself having put the tool in the case, snapped it shut and…

Good to have along for the ride I needed a multitool for my MTB rides. This fits perfectly in my saddle bag. I’ve already used it several times on the trail, as have some of the guys I ride with. Mostly to adjust the seat. The length of the tools can make it a little awkward to use sometimes but it’s better than not having any tools at all and having to do the Walk Of Shame out of the woods.

works great. All the tools for common adjustments on a … Tool-wise, works great. All the tools for common adjustments on a bike, and fits comfortably in a pocket.-1 star (would do 1/2 star if I could) for the slightly difficult to open case, and the chain tool that doesn’t stay put – flaps around on the back of the tool. I put some teflon tape on the threads for the chain tool to keep it from moving so freely. Also, eased over the sharp edges on inside of the holes that hold the lid on.
