A frame lock keeps the knife solidly in place when it’s open. A tip down carry pocket clip will keep the knife close for when you need it.

Solid, no-nonsense, no-frills EDC blade. CRKT is an interesting company, and I have several of their knives. This particular knife, the CRKT Drifter, is a solid little knife for EDC (every day carry) tasks. It has a G10 handle, and is fairly sharp right out of the box. It has a solid liner lock, and deployment can be very fast with a little practice.
