Snapped in half Only gave it one star because I had to give it something. I initially liked these knives but after a week they started to rust so at least once a week I had to clean them with stainless steel cleaner. Today I was cutting somethings that is soft and easy to cut (a ripe pear) and the knife snapped in half. I almost lost a finger.

I liked them at first I’ve had these for about 10 months now. I liked them at first. The knives were so sharp, the wood block was wonderful, and I loved that it came with a honing steel (it’s for realigning guys, not sharpening). From that start, the steak knives were quite dull, but a quick sharpen on those was easy enough.
