How to use
1.Pour in hot water / cold water, cover lid, let it stand for for 5 ~ 10 minutes to preheat / precool the jar, empty the water.
2.Pack your food and cover lid.
3.When eating, press the vent button for 1 to 2 times and then open the inner insulation cover.

Keeps my lunches hot! I have to pack my lunch for work every day. I get tired of salads and cold lunches–especially in the winter (which isn’t really that bad here in Southern California). So, I got this little Thermos. It holds just the right amount of soup or lentils or other hot lunch creations–about 2 cups.
