No match for driving rain/wind I bought these “waterproof” pants for a trip to Iceland. Unfortunately, they were not effective beyond drizzle, and were no match for driving rain and wind. They were however, more lightweight and breathable thanother rain pants I’vehad in the past. They fit well and were comfortable.
Size up! These pants were purchased for my teenage daughter who hiked/ backpacked for 7 days.I rated this 4 stars only because the fit is on the smaller side. Thankfully the other reviews led me to that and that is why I purchased these specific pants and not another brand. (My daughter is petite)They held up and still look brand new.Good deal and would buy again.Size up.
The quality of the product is good, and the material is light weight At 5’3″ and 117, I end up between an XS and a S. I ordered the XS, and they fit perfectly. They sit very high on the waist – above the belly button, so if you are small-waisted and in between sizes, I’d say order down. If you happen to be thicker through the middle though, you will likely need to size up. The quality of the product is good, and the material is light weight. These pants should be perfect as an outer layer for my trip to Iceland in October.
