Blanket? Good. Cats? Bad. I love the texture & weight of this blanket. It’s a little small (it shrinks after washing & drying on low heat), so not great for a nap blanket but is GREAT for a lap or shawl-style blanket. It looks great in terms of home decor too, and drapes beautifully.
Great for decoration It’s perfect and you can’t beat the price. It’s great for presentation, but I wouldn’t say it’s the kind of throw blanket that makes you feel warm and snugly. It’s cotton as advertised, but the details surpass that. This is definitely for decoration. Don’t get me wrong, you can absolutely use this. It’s just not cozy or anything like that. The price can’t be beat though!
Attractive throw — but it doesn’t wash well This is an attractive throw that might also be a good buy â if it washed better, that is. The throw is reasonably soft, with a nice blend of reds and pinks and a white fringe on both ends. Itâs large enough to wrap up in, and pretty enough to drape over a sofa or chair. But when I washed it, the fringe began to come apart and strings of pink fuzz ended up all over my dryer and all over me.
