Possibly magical I bought this kettle to take camping and when it arrived and I got my first look at it I actually cursed out loud, thinking it was either a ripoff or they accidentally sent a toy version of what I ordered. Risky BUY!!! The product has a weird smell, it can be the chemicals of the steel but it does not seem safe. I do not know if the FDA’s standards have lowered but it does not seem safe to use this product.I purchased it a week ago, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN FOR REFUND!!!!!Buyer BEWARE!!!
Very poor design that make this kettle dangerous and inconvenient to use. This is a terrible design. The lid on top is lose and does not secure to the kettle and when tilted, as you are pouring, it tilts up and falls out. To make matters worse you must turn the pot at a sharp angle to get all water out, as the spout is high (top) on the kettle. The potential is that the hot water can come out of the top and scold your hand. And even if you hold the lid with your opposite hand (which defeats the purpose of why I purchased the thing) hot water can still come out from…
