Duralex or Vereco? These plates are not what I expected. I have other Duralex dinner ware and the Duralex trademark is embossed in the glass. Not these. They say Vereco.

Duralex is durable and simply stylish… ❤️ I just received my delivery today on March 11th, 2017. My Duralex Lys Dinner Plate 11…though they arrived a few days earlier they are truly a set of nice plates. You can never go wrong with the durability and simplicity of Duralex brand. My set will be complete once I order the large High Ball drinking glasses and a set of stem lessons wine glasses…

Beware Not Microwave Safe! We used to have the original Duralex plates in the 60s to the 80s and they were much sturdier and heavier. These plates are thinner with less weight and one of them exploded in the microwave after less than a minute re heating an omelette, 2 other dishes had no problem right before heating other omelletes for 1min at regular power but did get hot to the touch in 1min. It sounded like a baseball bat hitting a windshield. Particles of glass flew everywhere and small shards as thin as a needle had…
