They were wonderful. I’d never used hiking poles before I bought a pair of the Earthtrekgear Folding Collapsible Travel Hiking Poles in the shorter length for a 2-week day hiking trip to Utah and Arizona. They were wonderful. I’d never used hiking poles before, but I have a surgically repaired knee and an artificial hip, and wanted to lessen the strain on my joints of day hikes. I could really tell the difference in joint soreness between days that I used or didn’t use the poles on hikes. The collapsed length fit easily into my checked luggage…
Great shorted length. I recently purchased these sticks before a lengthy vacation where I was expecting to do a lot of walking. I chose these because their shorter length suits me better than some of the others available. They collapse to a nice compact size and are lightweight. They have rubber tips as well as the metal tips and each one has its own carrying bag. At times I wished it had a Velcro strap I could wrap around it while collapsed rather than putting it in the bag each time. However just a minor…
Hiking and more Exceeded my expectations on its first use in travel to Panama highlands for an eight hour hike we did. Fit perfectly in backpack for travel and poles were good for my height of 5’4″. I’m so happy to have had them on our trip and look forward to using them again.
