Cheap and Perfect There have been a couple brands of fatwood I have tried (both in the wilderness and for wood stoves) and for the cost this brand is one of the best I have seen. The pieces do have a quicker burn time than some of the others (not as dense with the pine resin) but with a properly built fire this is not even close to an issue. The 240 count will easily last a winter in the New England States. Highly recommended.
Burns quickly & is more affordable than others I’ve used I recommend this product. I’ve used other resin sticks in the past but these were a good deal so I thought I’d try them out. They didn’t disappoint! They lit up quickly and did their job. I’ll definitely purchase these again.
Works great…but all natural?? I don’t think so and here’s why… Yes, this lights with very little effort but I highly doubt it’s an all natural or eco-friendly product. There was a VERY DISTINCT chemical smell and BLACK SMOKE coming from the product when it was burning. It was the only think in the fire pit and was the only thing lit. I felt terrible because the smell was pungent and the wind was blowing directly into the neighboring camp sight. It smelled like we were burning all kinds of plastic plates and cups. Very disturbing. I should have known it was…
