Not a Yeti but good for those who can’t afford it! The ice melts in 3days. But for the price, and size (fits perfect in my van, in-between the portable sink and my dresser) it’s not a yeti but it does the job for the price you get. Drain hole makes for easy change of water to ice. (Seafoam green for the win tho)
It works! Perfect for road trip! Never had to worry that it wasn’t doing it’s job. Super easy to drain. It’s an investment, but worth it.When I received it, I put a bag of ice, nothing else, and put it on the back seat of my car. Kept it there for 3 days and it still had ice floating. I knew then it would be perfect for my trip.
Fit in bear box with another 100 QRT cooler Used this for a week long camping trip where we had to use a bear box. Got this cooler specifically for the dimensions (per my calculations was only one narrow enough to fit in the bear box with our other 100QRT cooler. Fit perfectly in the bear box! Put 1/2 a block of dry ice at the bottom, then a piece of cardboard. Kept drinks (beer) cold about 5-6 days. Would have lasted longer, but I had to break the block of dry ice (didnât fit). I had also put a couple of frozen water bottles.
