Product leaks and isn’t well-insulated This mug is good-looking, but that’s about all I can say for it in the plus category. I bought it to use with a walker basket after injuring my knee so I’d have a way to transport liquids from one room to another, but this mug is close to useless for that purpose. I can only fill it three-quarters full and even then, liquids bubble out and would definitely spill if it tipped too far in any direction. My tea doesn’t stay hot in it for long, either. Just ok Nice looking mug. Doesn’t keep coffee hot for “hours”. Handle should be thicker. I thought 16 oz would be big enough to hold one mid size, one small size of single serve pods plus milk. When I put the lid on, excess coffee shoots out. Speaking of the lid, unless there’s a trick I don’t know about, the sliding tab does not stay put in the open setting, so when I tip the mug to drink, the lid slides down to the closed position. excellent coffee cup. easy to clean. keeps tea and coffee nice and hot. This was a replacement for a Starbucks mug that finally bit the dust after 10 years. I like that ECOVessels use recycled metal. Double walled stainless steel. No plastic parts on the mug to break. The stainless steel means it is easy to keep clean and that pouring boiling water into it is not an issue.
