Great purchase, I’m pretty happy with these! These were a great purchase! Gave them to my boys and BF for Christmas, and kept one for myself. The whistle is piercingly loud, and the sound would travel very far out in the woods. The little blade on it is pretty small, but works well with the fire-starter and could possibly even be used to cut cord, fishing line, or other types of string/rope. The compass… well, let’s just say it would point you in the right general direction, but I wouldn’t use it for navigation purposes like…
I didn’t expect that since usually cheap compasses are garbage. I love these- They’re great for boating since … The compass is functional! I didn’t expect that since usually cheap compasses are garbage. I love these- They’re great for boating since in OR we require whistles on kayaks. The cutter tool is sharp. The plastic buckle is sturdy & the cord is high quality. I will be buying more of these as gifts- My only ‘complaint’ is with small (6″) wrists, these are huge to wear- but for a dude, or to clip on a backpack, Amazing!
3 Worked well so far… Pros:Cheap price ($10.88) for all 4 bracelets.Compass works on 3 bracelets.Whistles work on all 4 bracelets.Cons:One of the bracelets didn’t have a compass with it. It looks like it was not assembled properly. The bracelets are about 9 1/2 inches. A little to tight for my wrist. You can still strap them on a belt loop, etc.I haven’t used the parachute cord or flint fire starter scraper so I can’t comment on that. I never contacted the seller…
