Not your old hot plate. This Single Food Burner offers an extension to your stove or a convenient quick warm/heat/simmer/boil cooking surface. It has a modern appearance to blend with a kitchen or look cool in a dormitory. We will use it in an Airbnb studio offering. Great extra burner Nice, compact, super easy to use. Better than a hot plate because it gets hot enough to cook your dish. Legitimate extra burner. The main reason I got this was to cook up hot sauce outside, since the gases from the hot peppers are like mace and you don’t want that in your house. Another pro is the compact size. Not much space needed for storage.
